Our products are created based on the information you provide — including your child’s name, appearance, and reading preferences.
Please make sure all details are accurate before confirming your order.
Once a story is printed or downloaded, it cannot be changed or refunded.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
Payments can be made securely online through supported payment gateways.
Ibrah reserves the right to adjust prices or promotions at any time.

3. Delivery

Digital stories are delivered instantly via email after payment.
Printed books are shipped within 5–10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because our stories are personalized, we do not accept returns or cancellations after the order is confirmed.
If your printed book arrives damaged or with printing errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement.
